The chains went on easily in dry conditions to practice installing. I have not used them on snow yet. I only expect to use them for short periods of snowy conditions on my Ford Transit. And I liked the price.

The product worked great and was easy to install. I would have given 5 stars if it was not for the rubber adjuster breaking off one of its arms while installing although it still worked with one arm missing. Note: the rubber adjuster was an accessory and a must have when installing the chains. Thx etrailer !!!

The product (tire chains) was delivered right on schedule, included reusable zip cases and was exactly like advertised.
Next step is to try them on the vehicle (detailed installation instructions were included with the product) to make sure they fit properly.

I'm pretty disappointed in my experience. I lost a chain the first time I used it even though I followed the instructions. Can't speak to how well it works if it doesn't stay secured.
Tire chains arrived Wed. p.m. - right on schedule. The young lady in Missouri who took our tire chain order was extremely helpful in making certain we were getting the correct size chains for our van. Today, October 10 we are heading to the mountains in central Colorado.... there is snow falling at this time. Hopefully snow will melt enough we will not need to open the package of tire chains! Would be great if these chains were still in the box 5 years from now when we will be done making trips to Colorado to watch a grandson play football!

I purchased this product in an effort to be ready in the event that tire cables are needed for snow. The product was delivered in time, and the level of customer care was exemplary. Customer care did everything possible to assure the product was delivered in tie.
Titan Chain Cables are great quality and so easy to use. We were able to intuitively put them on and take off quickly. Etrailer has the best prices I've seen after researching.
Also, they have the BEST customer service, specifically Jane S. & Tammie P. I was not familiar with cables and our Subaru had specific clearance requirements. They made sure I received the correct type, fit and clearance for my car.

Order 2 pairs for my car, got 2 different cables, one set blue the other set green. You can tell instantly because the bags are blue and green and oddly the different colors weight different amounts. Emailed customer service to get cables that match and they said that the label invoice number are the same on both bags, So it's the same product. So if you don't care that you can get 2 different colors from ordering 2 sets in the same order you can try for these.

I did reach out to the manufacturer who confirmed that the storage bag is changing from blue to green. Our stock of chains will have mixed bags for a short time until the transition in color is completed.

Even though it is not included with the purchase of the chains, we highly recommend some rubber tensioners, like part # TCMA1, to add some extra security. If you watch the installation video on our product page, our installer shows that these are hand tightened, so to add some extra security, you will want to use a tensioner and also drive the vehicle back and forth to adjust the chains and get a tight fit.
